Diogenes, correspondent of Libanius

Diogenes is addressed by Libanius in Foerster Epistle 860, dated 388. Libanius sends Diognetus to him with a letter of recommendation. The import uses a Libanius-specific scaffold to avoid conflating him with other correspondents named Diogenes.
