To the Same. You have wished also to learn what the golden collar is that goes together with the crown. This would be the kindly yoke of Christ the Savior [an allusion to Matthew 11:30, where Christ's yoke is called chrestos, "kindly" or "easy"], laid upon the neck of the soul that has come to believe in the truth.

Βεβούλησαι καὶ τὸν χρύσεον κλοιὸν τὸν τῷ στεφάνῳ ἐπεπόμενον, τίς ἐστιν, ἐπιγνῶναι. Οὗτος δ’ ἄν εἴη ὁ τοῦ Σωτῆρος Χριστοῦ χρηστὸς ζυγὸς ἐπιτιθέμενος τῷ τραχήλῳ τῆς πιστευσάσης τῇ ἀληθείᾳ ψυχῆς.
