Letter 745

LibaniusHyperechius, former student and landowner|libanius

To Hyperechius, former student and landowner. (362)

I thought it terrible not to greet you through the good Miccalus, but equally absurd to write at length when he is the one carrying the letter -- he knows my thoughts and can express them himself.

So I did not want to impose a long silence on him through the length of a letter. Let this note fulfill the duty of a greeting, and from Miccalus himself you will learn what I am doing -- and you will not blame yourself.
