Formula: Concerning the Charge of Correspondence.
The merits of Constantinianus are attested by many, and our own endorsement confirms them. Such is the sincerity of his mind that he deserves praise even on the testimony of a judge. Let him therefore receive, upon his promotion, the charge of the canonical correspondence — so that he may demonstrate even greater proof of his integrity, now that he sees the public trust committed to his hands.
